A Typical Weekday Schedule

(for all work teams except the Kitchen and the Roadside Café & Store teams)

7:30-8:00 am	Breakfast
8:05	Morning Meeting (a gathering of the community that is required for anyone working that day)
8:30	Off to work with team leaders
10:00	Morning work break – 15 minutes
11:30	Morning work ends
11:40	Trip to Monterey General Store and post office for anyone who wants to go
12:00-1:00 pm	Lunch
1:00	Back to work
	Mid-afternoon break at discretion of work leaders
*4:00	Work day ends and snacks are served at Main House
4:00-6:00	Free time
6:00	Dinner
7:00	Dinner ends and optional evening activities begin

There is an evening snack and “quiet time” that begins at 10pm.

*Community Meeting (attendance required) is held every Wednesday at 3:30pm. Among other items, the agenda includes a time for the discussion of community issues (anyone can raise an issue) and for spontaneous appreciations of each other.

Other organized weekly gatherings for guests include house meetings and guests only meetings. Guests may be called out of work to meet with their counselors or the psychiatrist and for other individual needs.
