Dr. Lucian Radu-Radulescu is a board-certified psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in mental health and medical research. He joined Gould Farm in 2024 as a consulting psychiatrist, bringing his extensive background in psychiatry and commitment to guest care. Dr. Radu-Radulescu works directly with guests, supporting their mental health needs through comprehensive psychiatric services.
Dr. Radu-Radulescu completed his residency training in psychiatry at the Institute of Living / Hartford Hospital in Connecticut in 2005 and earned his board certification in psychiatry in 2012, with recertification in 2024. He also holds medical degrees and certifications from Romania, including board certifications in anesthesiology and family practice.
Before joining Gould Farm in 2024, Dr. Radu-Radulescu held several prominent roles in healthcare, including over a decade as a staff psychiatrist at the VA Central Western MA Healthcare System in Pittsfield, MA. He has also provided psychiatric services in private practice, most recently at the Darlene C. Berryman Professional Building offering psychiatric services in Pittsfield.
Throughout his career, Dr. Radu-Radulescu has been involved in cutting-edge research, particularly in anesthesiology and neurophysiology, with positions at prestigious institutions such as Duke University and Stanford University Medical School. He has published multiple articles in respected medical journals, contributing to advancements in pharmacology, sleep research, and anesthesia.
Dr. Radu-Radulescu holds an active medical license in the state of Massachusetts and is deeply committed to supporting the well-being of individuals through his psychiatric expertise.
